How to perform a facial massage with acupressure?
Press the acupressure points on the face one by one (map below), breathing deeply and counting slowly to 10. We can press the points with our fingers or use a natural stone or acupressure stick to do so. In addition, you can make gentle circular point-by-point movements, first to one side, then to the other, for about 20 seconds at a time.
