What does custom product mean?

Product available on order means that I shoot it fresh, on your order, and you have to wait a little longer for it - up to 7 working days. If there is a product with 24-hour shipping and a custom product in your cart, the whole thing will be shipped up to 7 business days.

When will my package be shipped?

If there are in-stock products alone in your shopping cart, shipping will take place within 24 hours of paying for your order. If there is a custom product in your shopping cart, shipping will take up to 7 business days.

Do you send packages abroad?

Yes, but for now only within the European Union. Just select your shipping country in the order process and place your order.

What if I don't like the product, can it be returned?

Of course. Returns of up to 14 days without giving any reason are accepted by us as much as possible. Although the product must not bear signs of use, in other words, you can unpack it, look at it and return it if you don't like it. But if you use the pump and squeeze the product to test it on your skin - we can not then accept the return, because such a product is not suitable for resale.

Can I pick up the package in person?

At the moment, unfortunately, it is not possible. Unless you make an appointment with us for a massage with Tibetan bowl vibrations, in which case, on the occasion of the massage, you can buy cosmetics directly from us at home and pay by contactless card or via BLIK.

If I buy an e-book, how do I get it?
