Within 14 days from the date of receipt of shipment, it is possible to withdraw from the contract and return the goods without giving any reason. To do so, email natalia@boskapszczola.pl about your desire to cancel the sales contract and send us a statement (download here<\/strong><\/a>) together with the purchased goods to the address: Go\u0142\u0119bie 39, 06-150 \u015awiercze.<\/p>

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will make a refund to the designated bank account. We refund the full cost of the goods. The returning party shall bear only the cost of returning the returned products to the store.<\/p>

Attention! The packaging of returned cosmetics must be intact and the product itself must not have been used, according to the Law on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014. (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended).<\/strong><\/p>

Complaints<\/u><\/h5>

The right to lodge a complaint applies if it is found:<\/p>

  1. Product manufacturing defects;<\/li>
  2. mechanical damage caused during delivery, whereby if the Customer finds damage to the product during transport, the Customer is obliged to draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier, where he will describe in detail the defect in the shipment;<\/li>
  3. Non-conformity of the product with the product contained in the order.<\/li><\/ol>

    The store verifies the validity of the complaint and informs the customer of the decision by e-mail. If the complaint is accepted, the damaged product will be exchanged for another, full-quality one, and if this is not possible, for example, due to exhaustion, the store will refund the buyer the equivalent of the product price. If the complaint is deemed unfounded, the store will determine with the customer by e-mail whether the purchased product will be sent back by the customer at his expense.<\/p>
