30-day Glow Guarantee \u2013 or a month of skincare for free<\/h2>\n\n

This is my personal promise: if you are buying from me for the first time \u2013 a large, full-size product \u2013 and after a month of regular care you see no improvement and your skin does not gain a healthy glow, write to me. I will choose new products for you and you will get your next month of care from Boska pszczo\u0142a completely free.<\/p>\n\n\n

Just remember to take a photo of your skin \u201cbefore\u201d and \u201cafter\u201d a month of regular care, so that I have a basis for accepting the guarantee and can better choose products tailored to your needs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Rules of the guarantee programme<\/h2>\n
\r\n\t\r\n\t\tWho can use the guarantee?<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/svg><\/svg>\t\t\t<\/summary>\r\n\t
\n\n

The 30-day Glow Guarantee is available to anyone who:<\/p>\n\n\n

    \n
  • makes their first purchase<\/b> in the boskapszczola.pl online shop,<\/li>\n\n\n
  • orders at least one large, full-size product<\/b> (does not apply to samples, mini sets or medium-size products),<\/li>\n\n\n
  • lives in Poland<\/b> (due to the logistics of shipping replacement products),<\/li>\n\n\n
  • is over 18.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

    The guarantee applies once<\/b>, to one order and one Customer. It cannot be used more than once or transferred to another person.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\r\n<\/details>\r\n\n

    \r\n\t\r\n\t\tWhich products does the guarantee cover?<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/svg><\/svg>\t\t\t<\/summary>\r\n\t
    \n\n

    The guarantee covers all large<\/b>, full-size<\/b> facial care products<\/b> available in the boskapszczola.pl shop at the time of purchase. It does not cover:<\/p>\n\n\n

      \n
    • samples and mini or medium-size products,<\/li>\n\n\n
    • gift sets,<\/li>\n\n\n
    • products bought outside the official online shop (e.g. at fairs or from distributors),<\/li>\n\n\n
    • VOD courses, ebooks and digital products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\r\n<\/details>\r\n\n
      \r\n\t\r\n\t\tConditions to be met<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/svg><\/svg>\t\t\t<\/summary>\r\n\t
      \n\n

      For the guarantee to be valid, you just need to take a \u201cbefore\u201d and \u201cafter\u201d photo and use the products regularly, as intended, for a whole month. In practice this means:<\/p>\n\n\n

      1. Photo documentation \u2014 mandatory<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n

        \n
      • \u201cBefore\u201d photo (Day 1):<\/b> Take a photo of your face in natural light within 48 hours of receiving the parcel<\/b>, before using the products for the first time. The photo should be clear, without make-up, taken from the same (frontal) angle.<\/li>\n\n\n
      • \u201cAfter\u201d photo (Day 30):<\/b> Take a similar photo 30 days after first using the products \u2014 in the same lighting and from the same angle as the \u201cbefore\u201d photo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

        Both photos are necessary to process a guarantee claim. Without them I cannot assess the starting point or the results \u2014 and I will not be able to choose suitable replacement products for you.<\/p>\n\n\n

        2. Regular use<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n

        The products should be used regularly for 30 days<\/b> \u2014 according to the instructions for use and the recommendations in the product descriptions or sent by me. The guarantee does not apply to occasional or incidental use.<\/p>\n\n\n

        3. No allergic reactions or contraindications<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n

        The guarantee does not cover situations in which:<\/p>\n\n\n

          \n
        • an allergic reaction or hypersensitivity to the ingredients occurred (for very reactive skin I recommend starting with samples, and if an allergic reaction occurs, please contact me \u2014 I will try to help in another way),<\/li>\n\n\n
        • the products were used other than as intended,<\/li>\n\n\n
        • the skin condition results from diseases that require holistic or dermatological treatment (e.g. acne, eczema \u2013 where cosmetics can support the skin in the healing process but are not meant to cure it, which also requires work \u201cfrom the inside\u201d, not only \u201cfrom the outside\u201d).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\r\n<\/details>\r\n\n
          \r\n\t\r\n\t\tHow to submit a guarantee claim?<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/svg><\/svg>\t\t\t<\/summary>\r\n\t
          \n\n

          If after a month you see no improvement and your skin does not gain a healthy glow \u2013 write to me. You have 14 days after the end of the 30-day period of use<\/b> (i.e. between the 30th and 44th day after first using the products).<\/p>\n\n\n

          Your claim should include:<\/p>\n\n\n

            \n
          • \u201cBefore\u201d photo<\/b> (Day 1 \u2014 before first use).<\/li>\n\n\n
          • \u201cAfter\u201d photo<\/b> (Day 30 \u2014 after a month of use).<\/li>\n\n\n
          • A description of your observations:<\/b> what worries you, what has not changed, what you expected.<\/li>\n\n\n
          • Information on how you used the products<\/b> (how often, at what time of day, whether you combined them with other cosmetics).<\/li>\n\n\n
          • The order number<\/b> of your first purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

            After reviewing your claim and photos:<\/p>\n\n\n

              \n
            • I hold a short consultation with you<\/b> (by email or messages) to better understand your skin\u2019s needs.<\/li>\n\n\n
            • I choose a new set of products for you<\/b> from the current Boska pszczo\u0142a range, better suited to your skin type and its needs.<\/li>\n\n\n
            • I send you the selected products free of charge<\/b> (the value of the replacement set corresponds to the value of the originally purchased products covered by the guarantee).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

              The guarantee does not include a refund<\/b> \u2014 it is a programme for exchanging products for better-suited ones, not a commercial complaint. The goal is to find a solution that really works for your skin.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\r\n<\/details>\r\n\n

              \r\n\t\r\n\t\tWhat does the guarantee not cover?<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/svg><\/svg>\t\t\t<\/summary>\r\n\t
              \n\n

              The guarantee is not fulfilled and products are not exchanged if:<\/p>\n\n\n

                \n
              • the \u201cbefore\u201d and \u201cafter\u201d photos meeting the described requirements were not provided,<\/li>\n\n\n
              • the claim was submitted after the 44th day from first using the products,<\/li>\n\n\n
              • the products were used irregularly or other than as intended,<\/li>\n\n\n
              • the Customer has already used the Boska pszczo\u0142a 30-day Glow Guarantee before,<\/li>\n\n\n
              • the purchase was not the first order in the boskapszczola.pl shop,<\/li>\n\n\n
              • the order did not include large, full-size products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\r\n<\/details>\r\n\n
                \r\n\t\r\n\t\tFinal provisions<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/svg><\/svg>\t\t\t<\/summary>\r\n\t

                • These rules apply from 10.06.2026.<\/li>\n\n\n
                • Boska pszczo\u0142a reserves the right to change the guarantee rules for future orders \u2014 changes do not apply to orders placed before the date the rules were updated.<\/li>\n\n\n
                • Matters not covered by these rules are governed by Polish law.<\/li>\n\n\n
                • The 30-day Glow Guarantee is a voluntary and additional programme, independent of the Consumer\u2019s statutory rights under the provisions on warranty and guarantee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n
