Privacy Policy

Provision of personal data, as well as consent to their processing, is completely voluntary and is intended to enable the processing of orders or to respond to customer inquiries regarding Orders. Any personal data provided shall be processed only to the extent and for the purpose covered by the consent. If you decide not to provide the data necessary for the execution of the order and do not consent to its processing, unfortunately it will not be possible to process the order. At any time it is possible to update or completely delete personal data, taking into account the comments above.

I. Personal Data Administrator 

The controller of personal data (hereinafter: ADO), which are processed in connection with inquiries and orders placed through the Website www.boskapszczola.pl (hereinafter: Website), responsible for ensuring the security of personal data is: Natalia Martin. Address: Dove 39, 06-150 Swiercze.

II. Data protection measures 

The ADO has applied technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed data in accordance with the requirements set forth in the applicable regulations on personal data protection. In particular, the following have been taken into account: the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 29, 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024); the guidelines of the General Inspector of Personal Data Protection; the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

The most important elements of the data protection system used include:

1. SSL Certificate, which guarantees that the communication between your computer and the Website is encrypted with a 256-bit key.

(2) ADO collects and processes only the necessary personal data for the shortest possible period of time necessary in the scope of order processing.

(3) For any activities not related to the implementation of the purchase-sale contract, the customer must give separate consent.

(4) Access to the Customer's personal data, only authorized and trained in the protection of personal data, providing a guarantee of their security.

5 In-house procedures meet all data protection standards. The ADO has thus complied with all legal obligations for the protection of personal data.

III. Personal data, purpose and duration of storage

If you send me a message through the contact form - then the data provided will not be used for marketing purposes. These data are stored in my e-mail box at home.pl for the purpose of mail management and sending an e-mail response, to your message. Third parties will not have access to them.

1. name or name of the entity - necessary for the issuance of the sales document and addressing of the shipment;

2. address (street, house number and/or house and premises number, postal code and city) - necessary to address the shipment;

3. e-mail - necessary for communication related to the execution of the order;

4. phone number - necessary if you choose certain delivery methods (required by carriers).

If, when placing an order, the customer chooses delivery to an address other than the one specified when registering or placing the order, please additionally specify:

1. name or company/institution name - necessary for us to address the shipment;

2. address (street, house number and/or house and premises number, postal code and city) - necessary to address the shipment;

3. telephone number of the recipient of the shipment - necessary if you choose certain delivery methods (required by carriers).

The data you provide when placing an order is processed by the following entities to the extent specified below:

1. the name, address, telephone, e-mail indicated as the delivery address is transmitted to shipping companies in the form of a shipping label/letter which is also a delivery order depending on the selected type of shipment is transmitted:

The data is stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with the relevant regulations governing the duration of storage of accounting documents.

B. Correspondence

In the event that personal data is provided to us that is not necessary for the performance of the contract or a legal obligation, e.g. in correspondence with us, withdrawal, warranty or guarantee forms, such data will be deleted or anonymized immediately and will not be processed.

Please do not provide us with information and personal data that we do not explicitly ask for and that are not relevant to the execution of the order and legal obligation.

When personal data is processed based on consent, individuals have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. We inform individuals of this right at any time of consent collection and allow them to withdraw their consent as easily as it was given. IV. Cookies - your personal information that is automatically collected when you access the Website

Cookies (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Client's terminal device.

A. Server 

The computer system used by the Website automatically collects in logs data related to the device you use when connecting to the Website. This data is collected for statistical purposes only and relates to: type of device, operating system, type of web browser, screen resolution, color depth, IP, ISP, or the Website's input address, and is used only in the process of optimizing the Website to make it as convenient as possible.

These data are never combined with the reported data referred to in Part III and are only material for statistical analysis and system error correction mechanisms.

The website uses the servers of home.pl S.A. sp. z o.o., based in Szczecin (KRS: 0000431335; NIP: 852-21-03-252). This company does not have direct access to personal data and does not process them in any way.

Data is processed for 24 months after the last activity.

The Website uses "cookies" technology, which are text files placed on your device, to enable the Website to recognize you and customize the Website to your needs.

The website uses cookies to:

1. to create statistics and viewing reports on the functioning of the Website; (the session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

Google may also transfer this information to third parties if it is required to do so by law or if such third parties process such information on Google's behalf.

E. Cookies originating from partners' servers

ADO uses scripts and software components provided and located on the servers of its business partners. Such cookies may contain data necessary for the partner to provide the service or contain data other than those listed in the privacy policy.

ADO carefully selects its business partners, but is not responsible for their cookie policies. Therefore, we recommend that you verify each of our partners for yourself and decide for yourself whether you want to accept their cookies.

V. ADO partners' security privacy policy

ADO selects its business partners very carefully and equally carefully verifies the posting of links to other websites on the Website. However, ADO is not responsible for the standard and privacy policies of the owners, operators or administrators of these sites. We therefore recommend that you verify each of our partners for yourself and decide for yourself whether you want to entrust them with your personal information.

VI. Transfer of your personal data   

In specific situations where applicable law requires the Personal Data Administrator to provide collected data to state authorities, the ADO will provide such data.

With the exception of these situations, your personal data, to the extent permitted by law on the basis of separate entrustment agreements, will be transferred to certain entities exclusively and in connection with the need to fulfill a contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Administrator. The categories of entities to which data may be transferred include: advertising agencies, banks, accounting and bookkeeping offices, IT service providers, courier companies, logistics companies, payment institutions, carriers.

In the event of such a transfer, ADO shall enter into appropriate entrustment agreements with these entities, guaranteeing the highest standard of protection and maintaining the confidentiality and security of personal data, as well as their use only for the purpose of fulfilling ADO's contractual or legal obligation.

VII. Change of privacy policy

ADO reserves the right to change the Website's privacy policy if required by applicable law, the technological conditions of the Website's operation change, or the change introduces a standard higher than the minimum required by law.

ADO com will notify you of such change by email (to the email indicated at registration).

The current text of the privacy policy will always be on the Website.

In accordance with applicable regulations in relation to your personal data, you have the right to:

These rights are non-transferable and cannot be restricted. We are always happy to provide you with assistance and information, and you can exercise some of the above-mentioned rights yourself.
