Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, it is possible to withdraw from the contract and return the goods without giving any reason. To do so, please send an email to sklep@boskapszczola.pl about your wish to withdraw from the sales contract and send us a statement (download here) together with the purchased goods to the address: Gołębie 39, 06-150 Świercze.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will make a refund to the designated bank account. We will refund the full cost of the goods. The returning party is only responsible for the cost of returning the returned products to the store.

Note: Packaging of returned cosmetics must be intact, and the product itself must not be used - in accordance with the Law on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014. (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended).

 

Complaints

The right to lodge a complaint applies if it is found:

  1. Product manufacturing defects;
  2. mechanical damage caused during delivery, whereby if the Customer finds damage to the product during transport, the Customer is obliged to draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier, where he will describe in detail the defect in the shipment;
  3. Non-conformity of the product with the product contained in the order.

The store verifies the validity of the complaint and informs the customer of the decision by e-mail. If the complaint is accepted, the damaged product will be exchanged for another, full-quality one, and if this is not possible, for example, because it is out of stock, the store will return to the buyer the equivalent of the price of the product. If the complaint is considered unfounded, the store will determine with the customer by e-mail whether the purchased product will be sent back by the customer at his expense.
